Page history last edited by mark.trushkowsky@mail.cuny.edu 10 years, 6 months ago

This resource is designed to help teachers teach about current events in their classrooms. Following each article you’ll find several related resources from EconEdLink.org for teaching the underlying economics and personal finance concepts. From the Council for Economic Education.

These lessons, complete with hand-outs (some even include interactive technology) are produced by EconEdLink. Teachers can search the economic and personal finance lessons by Lesson Type, Concept, Standard, Grade, Interactive Resource, Author or word search.

This document outlines 20 Key Concepts in Economics and gives examples of how those concepts might look in classrooms in the 4th grade (Beginning), 8th grade (Intermediate) and 12th grade (Advanced).
